    Registered the domain aiga.dev through Cloudflare for DNS management. Leveraged GitHub Pages to deploy the website via git and directed DNS records accordingly to point to GitHub Pages. Additionally, configured MX records to enable email routing for hello@aiga.dev. This streamlined process ensured a seamless online presence with a functioning inbox and reliable hosting.

  • Active Directory Setup on Virtual Machines

    Installed and configured two VMs (Virtual Machines) using VMware to simulate a small office environment with Server 2019/2022 and Windows 10/11. Set up Active Directory (AD) services, joined a Windows PC to the domain, and configured shared drive permissions by creating a secure folder on the server. Managed account creation, user roles, permissions, and policies, and practiced password resets and account unlocking. Implemented group policies to automate system updates and security configurations, gaining hands-on experience in managing and securing a network environment effectively.

  • Windows Server Environment Setup

    Installed and set up VirtualBox, pfSense, Windows Server 2016, linked clones, and RDP. Added Windows 10 client machines to Windows Server 2016 domain. Created and modified Active Directory template user accounts to hold various properties.Configured Window Server 2016 domain settings, server name, TCP/IP settings, and remote desktop. Created and linked Group Policy Objects (GPO) in Active Directory. Setup Azure AD Connect for hybrid Azure AD join and seamless SSO using password hash sync.

  • Ubuntu VM Setup with Ansible

    Configured an Ubuntu virtual machine on AWS to host web content, utilizing Ansible for automated Nginx installation and configuration to ensure easy management across environments. I enhanced security by restricting access to only ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) through attached security groups. Configured requests from HTTP automatically to be redirected to HTTPS for secure connections. Performance monitoring was handled by installing a CloudWatch agent to track disk space and memory usage, with configured alerts for high CPU or memory utilization. Pointed subdomain to the EC2's public IP. Additionally, installed SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt to ensure the website is accessible via HTTPS.
